How to complete KYC process

If you're having any issues while completing your KYC process, we highly recommend the following steps to be taken to resolve your issue:

-Try a different browser,

-Try a different internet connection,

-Try cleaning the cookies of your browser,

-Try changing the device

After successfully registering to Darkex, you would require KYC process to utilize our products to the fullest.

In order to do so, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Log-in to your account.

Visit the Darkex website.

Click on the “Log In” button at the top right corner and enter your login credentials.

 

Step 2:

Once logged in, go to your account dashboard.

 

Click on “My Assets” and then select “Identity Verification” from the menu.

In this page, you can press the "Verify" button to start the KYC process.

After filling the required documents, you will be asked to provide 3 more documents:
1-Front of the Document that you are providing,

2-Back of the Document that you are providing.

3-A Selfie with the document at your hand.

Clicking on the pictures located on the screenshot above will let you browse your documents and upload them. After filling all the required documents and pressing "Submit", your verification will be sent and will be pending to be approved.
